At the December MCHAPS meeting, Fort Knox authority, author, historian and paleontologist, Mr. Gary Kempf, will present and recreate a very important but little know pioneer character of the past. This historical figure, is known to almost no one, but his grave is on the national register, his portrait was painted by a famous artist, his obituary was carried by the leading newspapers, and his likeness once appeared on an American dollar. Who is he??
Mr. Kempf will appear in character and give hints throughout his presentation about who this mystery man happens to be. At the end of the program Gary will introduce himself as the character he represents, ending the mystery. Do not miss this rare opportunity to see Mr. Gary Kempf in a live presentation.
The meeting will begin with a 5:30 p.m. until 6:15 p.m. meet and greet, social time. Refreshments will be served. All MCHAPS meetings are free and open to the public.
